The Buddha taught that the perspectives we bring to our practice will impact what develops. His teachings encourage attitudes of forgiveness, peace, letting go, balance, curiosity, faith, and the desire for awakening as the path to living the life of a noble person. These attitudes are built into the eightfold path taught by the Buddha. The course will include sutta study, discussion, and meditation practices to strengthen the liberating attitudes that can create the conditions for awakening. This course is appropriate for newcomers as well as experienced practitioners.
