The word “insight” means different things in different contexts. What does it mean in “Insight Dialogue”? How does this relate to its meaning as a translation of vipassana and in reference to the insights that arise in the depths of silent meditation? What does it mean to explore insight in relationship with another and what are the qualities of “relational insight”?

These are not just theoretical questions. They matter to our path. The mind is complex, unfathomable. Life is often difficult, mysterious. Relationship is powerful, essential to our psychology and biology and hence our Buddhist path. Together, we walk these edges.

This program will combine silent vipassana practice with carefully guided Insight Dialogue meditation, Dhamma talks, and time in nature, all in the container of noble silence.
