Along the way, there will be time to explore together what these basic principles, drawn from traditional Buddhist teachings, yet framed in contemporary terms, might mean for us. For instance, does meditating actually make us less antsy? Does committing to non-harm help us stay stable in the spin? Would a little generosity right now go a long way? How’s our speech? And our sex? And what could help us stay clear, right here, right now, right in the middle of it all?
