We live in an age of anxiety. From politics to climate change to that thing you just posted on Tik Tok and now you’re not so sure whether it was really such a good idea . . . there’s just a lot to be freaked out about these days. In this online weekend retreat for young adults (18-32 years old), Devon and Craig Hase will lead participants through a series of meditations designed to unhook you from the anxiety and fear and bring you back to a state of calm, focus, and resilience. The world will still be challenging…and, you can learn to free yourself and become a still point in the spin. This meditation retreat includes:

  • Guided sitting meditation
  • Guided walking meditation
  • Short, interactive lectures
  • Small and larger group discussion
  • Connecting and community building
  • And, hopefully, a sense of humor

The retreat is geared toward college students and other young(er) adults. It is appropriate for both beginning and seasoned meditators. No prior Buddhist experience is necessary.
