Course Description:
What is liberation? What constitutes a genuinely free life, and how might a liberated life be realized amidst all the constraints of our world? What impedes true free-ness, and how can we recognize, explore, and transform constraining patterns, beliefs, and behaviors through both formal practices and amidst the activities of our daily life?
This freely offered program will offer a pragmatic, experiential, and direct approach to exploring freedom of being, and all that seems to be in its way. We'll explore in a way that is profound yet accessible. We'll reference classical dharma teachings and contemporary psychological tools to practice, inquire, and transform, together.
Experience Level:
Suitable for beginning and experienced practitioners.
