Satipaṭṭhāna Meditation

with
Bhikkhu Anālayo

Satipic

Satipaṭṭhāna meditation is the Buddha’s foundational teaching on mindfulness. Commonly called the four establishments or the four foundations of mindfulness, its contemplations explore the nature of body, feeling-tone, mind, and dharmas.

In this freely offered series of seven audio meditations, Bhikkhu Anālayo provides sequential guided instructions for satipaṭṭhāna meditation, based on academic research and practice instructions as presented in his text - Satipaṭṭhāna Meditation: A Practice Guide (Anālayo , 2018).

All donations received from this freely-offered series will be used to ensure that BCBS can continue to operate and offer the precious, liberating teachings of the Buddha during this unprecedented COVID-19 crisis, as well as to provide Bhikkhu Anālayo with the living conditions he needs to do his research and practice. Thank you for your support!
