Ruby Carmel was a participant in 2023 and is thrilled to be returning to the Touching the Earth family as part of the 2024 faculty! On retreat she loves singing and laughing and crying under the stars as well as dreaming up new recipes, wandering barefoot through the woods, and immersing in loving intentional community. Off retreat she spends her time working as a production manager, stage manager, and electrician for the performing arts, and occasionally sneaking away to work as a cheesemonger. She loves silly poems, crafting, and learning from unexpected sources.
