Robin Boudette, PhD, is a clinical psychologist with more than 25 years of experience and study in integrative medicine. Her training includes Yoga Therapy, Mindfulness Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training at Spirit Rock, the Integrative Study and Practice Program at Barre Center for Buddhist Studies, and Community Dharma Leader Training. Her meditation teachers have been Anna Douglas and Shaila Catherine.
Robin co-founded the Medical Center at Princeton Eating Disorders Program and founded the Mind-Body Health Team at Princeton University. She is certified as a Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction teacher through the University of Massachusetts Center for Mindfulness. Since 2016, she has worked with Judson Brewer on mindfulness-based interventions for habit change and developed Mindsciences’ Behavior Change Facilitator Training Program.
Since 2023, Robin has served as a facilitating teacher for Bhikkhu Anālayo’s courses on Satipatthana and Anapanasati through Barre Center for Buddhist Studies. Buddhist psychology and contemporary neuroscience inform her understanding of stress, suffering, and healing.
