Mindful Loving Awareness

You are invited to a dedicated retreat in the shared space of caring community. Together we will explore the foundations of mindfulness and meditations of the awakened heart.

This small invitational program will be a special opportunity to learn and deepen meditation practice. It will combine careful instruction in silent sitting and walking meditation, with guided practices of lovingkindness and compassion, and time in nature. 

It will also include daily teachings and close guidance from Jack and Trudy.

Program Format: Each day will include silent meditation, teachings, guided meditation, movement, and small group discussions.

Noble Silence:

Noble silence will be observed during much of this program. Some contemplative exercises may involve mindful speaking and listening. Noble silence is to be upheld at all other times.

Experience Level:

Suitable for beginning and experienced practitioners.

This program is invite-only.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that personal circumstances may require you to cancel your registration. In these cases, please contact us right away. If you cancel more than eight weeks before the program starts, you are eligible for a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. If you cancel between three and eight weeks before the program starts, you are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit. Registration fees are nonrefundable less than three weeks before the program starts.
