Join us for a five-week program exploring the five aggregates as a daily life practice. The Buddha's teachings on the five aggregates or khandas—form, feeling, perception, volitional formations, and consciousness—are fundamental to understanding the nature of our experience and how we cling to a sense of self. Through a deepening understanding, we can open to seeing the five aggregates as they show up in our everyday lives, manifesting in our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Mindful investigation and practical application can help us gain insight into the subtle ways clinging arises and how it can be released–transforming our understanding of identity view and attachment.
This program will include teachings, group discussions, meditation, reflective exercises and suggested practices designed to bring awareness to each aggregate, fostering a deeper understanding of their influence on our sense of self and our interactions with the world.
