Further Nourishment for the Journey: Cultivating the Ten Pāramī

The ten pāramī are ten skilful qualities of heart-mind that powerfully support us on the path to freedom. In this program, we will explore how Generosity, Ethical integrity, Renunciation, Wisdom, Energy, Patience, Truthfulness, Resolve, Kindness and Equanimity can be cultivated in daily life, and in fact require the challenges of everyday life for their development.

As in previous EHoF programs, we’ll engage in a variety of different practices together, including silent and guided meditation, relational practices of Council and Insight Dialogue, and small group interactive study to discover how these ten qualities work together holistically, helping us to navigate our life challenges with more ease and balance, and at the same time, strengthening and deepening our daily meditation practice.
