Tarrah has been a lifelong cook and restauranteur, but she says her best rebirth was as a “dharma cook” in retreat centers since 2010. From Tarrah, “Truly, it is one of my greatest joys to serve the dharma by cooking for our precious yogis! I am also very grateful for the resources in these centers that have allowed me to share meditation practice with marginalized communities such as incarcerated populations, the queer community, and the working class. Service is my love language, and I look forward to feeding all the bellies at BCBS as a full-time staff member.”
