Craig Hase

Craig Hase, PhD, is a clinical psychologist and mindfulness teacher. He began intensive meditation training in 1994, and lived at a Zen monastery for six years before earning a PhD from UW-Madison’s counseling psychology program, where he had the good fortune to learn from renowned neuroscientist Richard Davidson. He has designed mindfulness-based curricula for hospitals and schools, teaches meditation on Simple Habit, and leads meditation workshops with his partner Devon in the US and Europe.
