In preparation of our anticipated Fall re-opening to residential courses, we are very happy to announce that April Pellegrino and Eric Baldelli have joined our team.
April Pellegrino joins our team as Center Coordinator with a passion for creating an environment that fosters growth and harmony. She has an extensive background in Human Services, and with her knowledge and compassion as an experienced caregiver, we are happy to have her caring for our Center and our guests once we begin reopening. Outside of work she is pursuing a degree in Holistic Psychology and Wellness and loves spending time with her new kittens.
Eric Baldelli is our new Cook, and comes to BCBS with over twelve years of cooking and food experience. Most recently, he has cooked at IMS for over two years and spent a year working on a local organic farm, gaining a wide knowledge of the journey of a seed to a vegetable and how it arrives in our homes and restaurants. Eric is inspired by the local organic food movement and is looking forward to gaining more experience from the BCBS community where creating a nurturing, accessible, and self-caring environment comes foremost; something so important to bring to service workers and industries everywhere.
