Meagan Chambers

Meagan Chambers (she/her) began practicing Buddhist meditation in 2001, following spontaneous experiences of the jhānas that sparked a lifelong dedication to contemplative training. For many years, she studied and practiced primarily within the Tibetan Buddhist tradition, engaging deeply with its philosophical and meditative lineages.

In 2019 Meagan met retreat teacher Leigh Brasington. Through his clarity and love of samādhi she found answers to long-standing practice questions. Since 2019, she has continued formal study in the jhānas and insight practices under his guidance, and the two have maintained an ongoing dharma collaboration since.

Meagan’s practice and teaching interests center on the intersection of concentration (samādhi), embodied insight, and the lived experience of liberation. She is particularly inspired by pragmatic approaches to the jhānas, the immediacy of meditative transformation, and the integration of deep meditative stability into everyday life and service.
