Gay Watson

Gay Watson has a PhD in Religious Studies from the School of Oriental and African Studies at the University of London. She trained as a psychotherapist with the Karuna Institute in Core Process, a Buddhist inspired psychotherapy. She has written several books, the most recent being A Philosophy of Emptiness (2012), Attention Beyond Mindfulness (2017), and Buddhism And (2019). She is a mother and grandmother, living in Devon UK and the Californian Bay Area. Recent work has included essays and chapters on art and sculpture gardens.
