Introduced to Insight Dialogue in the mid-90s, the practice spoke strongly to Anita’s heart. It became immediately clear that the transformative power of relationship was an essential aspect of awakening. This conviction has not wavered over the years and eventually led her to earn a Master’s in Buddhist Studies to deepen her practice, understanding of the Buddhadharma, and capacity as a recognized Insight Dialogue teacher.
Anita teaches both online and in person, and serves on several Insight Dialogue Community teams, including the Anti-Racist Education and Action team. She calls this practice her heart song, and it is from this place that the teachings are offered. The intersections of her life story call strongly to this work of awakening together. She makes her home in Oregon, USA.
Deepening Practice,
Building Community.
