How to bring meditation into the rest of our life? To practice with all of it, whenever, wherever we are? In this program we will explore essential themes of the Buddha’s teaching in their practical application to our experience in the present moment, in order to learn how they can facilitate a transformation of our relationship to our body, our thoughts, perceptions and emotions, helping to lead us towards the unshakeable peace of which the Buddha spoke. Working with the three characteristics (anicca, dukkha, anattā) and five aggregates (khandas), as well as loving-kindness (metta), we will use a meditation retreat format with Noble Silence throughout, and times for questions and dialogue. Meditation experience recommended, though all welcome.
